Logan is great, he let me come in & take off the back of my MacBook Pro M1 17 inch cover right near closing time, all for free to check to see if it needed any cleaning. I had given them a call to see if I could come in and use one of their specialty screwdrivers to open up the back, and he said no problem!!He then even helped me troubleshoot a problem with my battery and gave me some great insight, he really pointed me in the right direction.I found out so much more what the issue was then when I went to Apple a few weeks ago.I found out that it is likely a board issue rather then a battery issue, and luckily he has a person that can fix practically anything on the board....read full review

I looked my cellphone thinking I broke the protector glass it turn out it was my main screen so I took it in to Rapid Repair I showed them myissue they ordered a new main screen and it took only 2 hours to have it completed great ? priceAnd they did a great job ? thank yiu
