My iPhone 15 Pro somehow got liquid in the USB charger port and would not charge. Horrors! I use that phone for work and everything else! My husband took it in to the Lacey location and the nice Phone Guy cleaned out the charging port. Voila! It works! No charge. He could have told us anything and we would have paid to fix it, but he was honest and fixed it for FREE. Customers for life. Thank you!
I'd like to give a big shout out to Dalton and the crew at The Phone guys. I needed a phone because my moto battery bulged in my phone... so I bought a Samsung phone and noticed the loud speaker was rattling, I called and talked to Dalton, he said bring it in so I did and the loud speaker needed to be replaced, so the absolute amazing warranty they offer covered the repairs at no cost to me.. and he ordered a battery for my moto at my expense of course and cost of repairs...He notified me when my parts came in so I took both phones in the next day and he got right to it and both my phones were fixed in a few hours... both phones are like new now...WOW, now thats what...read full review
