I didn't have to wait AT ALL! As soon as I checked in, I was taken back to the exam room, the nurse came in immediately and then within 2 or 3 minutes the Doctor came in. He listened to all my concerns and alleviated all my worries.
After my last colonoscopy yesterday (I'm over 80), I wanted to compliment you and all the others who made it a positive experience. Each and every person I had any contact with was friendly, professional, and treated me with the utmost care and respect. Congratulations to the management and all the staff of GA on fostering and maintaining this attitude and professionalism.
Dr. Owens is the best G I doctor I have ever met. He took care of my husband for 8 plus years before he passaway. He is my G I doctor. Trust him with all my heart. He is kind,has compassion, and very knowledgeable on what is happening with myselfCouldn't ask for better care.
