I was provided a CPAP device years ago. Last fall I received a recall on the device. I followed the instruction given by Apria to obtain a replacement. I received an agreement telling me the new CPAP was available for $164.22. I guess they don't understand the concept of recall of health care equipment. I think they should be paying me for possible health problems resulting from faulty equipment. They owe me a functional CPAP to replace the defective one they gave me in the first place. Insurance Commissioner time.
