We work with FirstLight regularly for discharge planning and they always have a very quick turnaround time on referrals, they do all of the communication between parties, and go above and beyond to make sure every need of each individual client is met. We are always happy to hear our residents going home with FirstLight caring for them. We’ve heard nothing but great things about their caregivers from our former residents!
The caregivers as well as the office staff in Olympia were absolutely top notch. It was our first experience hiring a caregiving agency, and it was unbelievable how amazingly positive our experience was over a six-month period. FirstLight caregivers allowed my father to stay at home until the very end and provided much needed support and respite for family caregivers. FirstLight (thank you Julie, Callie and Kayla), was very responsive to our scheduling needs and they also did a very good job of matching quality caregivers to our needs with consistency. FirstLight light was an incredible support as our dad and our family were going through a very challenging time.
