Every caregiver they have sent to my home have been top-notch. They are patient kind, professional, and willing to do anything to care for my loved one who is 83 years old, suffering from dementia and cancer. The office has been incredibly helpful taking time to come out with new caregivers to introduce them and train them on how best to care for my loved one. When I call the office to change the schedule due to doctors appointments they are very patient and flexible with me. I highly recommend this agency!
We had HISC caregivers help Mom take care of Dad until he passed. The caregivers that came to our house were wonderful with Dad. Dad especially liked Grace coming and just sitting and holding his hand in his last days. It meant a lot to Mom to know that she could leave and have Dad taken care of. Thank you guys for the bottom of our hearts.
