Iskra Excavation did an amazing job excavating, clearing, grading, laying down rock for a driveway, putting in the electrical, sewer, and water lines. Our property was entirely covered in thick brush. In fact, the first time we stepped foot on it was after Shawn cleared it. Communication with Shawn was great during the entire process, which took a lot less time than we thought. We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone.
Anthony, Jayden, John and Miles did an amazing job installing our new wooden fence. They arrived on time, and went straight to work on the fence. They answered all our questions. They were professional, courteous and friendly. And they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I have referred them to our neighbors.

Really nice spot—super clean, modern, and right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The casino itself is well kept and has a good mix of games. Biggest downside was the food situation—long wait times, so we ended up leaving to eat elsewhere.
Overall though, the property is impressive, the beach access is a big plus, and it’s worth the visit.
