I wish I knew the gentleman’s name who helped me with my flat last night out at Copalis. Very friendly, quick, and affordable. I called a few other tow companies and immediately dealt with someone rude on the other end, not with Avalon! They’re very friendly and professional. I grew up in Grays Harbor but moved away and recently moved back. I have dealt with tow companies along I-5 from Washington to California and I can say with confidence that this is by far the best town company I have dealt with. Makes me glad to be back!
Called AAA got a tow for my daughters Ford Explorer broke down in Brady Wa. A gentleman named Austin showed up. A very professional experience from start to finish. Courteous, informative and no stress. I had to drive there from Tacoma because my daughter never used her AAA card I got her before. Her name is Tezera Adkins. Austin was very instrumental in assuring her everything would be fine. I would Highly recommend Avalon towing.Great experience.Patrick walker
I have roadside assistance and in the last 2 months I had to contact my insurance to get help. First for a flat and then my son locked himself out. Avalon was fast to get the request and rescue us twice now. Vern and the other guy we both very nice and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you.
