“Called for an after-hours service when a couple of pipes froze. Plumber showed up, told us the pipes in question were't accessible and I'd have to wait for them to thaw...and call if we had any leaks. Billed me over $250. (1 hour service call at overtime rates.)No complaints...I requested the service and he showed up...not his fault my house is built this way.“
