I had a total knee replacement last fall and was taken such good care of by OSPT. All of the therapists are top notch and the office staff were always so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend OSPT and am so grateful for their expertise and patience with my very stubborn knee! Thank you to the whole team!

My Doctor referred me to physical therapy because of hip and lower back pain. Inititally, I saw Dan, the PT who did the intake exam. He asked questions, and did measurements, but a few of his comments were condescending, in my opinion. Everyone wears masks, and I wear hearing aids. He asked me a few questions, I did not understand, and he said "Oh, you have a hearing problem too?" I said " Yes, and I wear hearing aids." He asked "You wearing them now?" I said "Yes, but some people don't speak clearly, and with masks on it can be difficult. Rude, in my opinion. He wasn't very personable. So I went to this establishment, I am a care giver and I've been taking a cliant there. In order to go to these places you have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and jump through a bunch of hoops through the state so when we finally got there, it was a relief Wanda helped us however when I was trying to explain something she rudely told me to be quiet so she could talk???? She could have just waited till I finish my sentence and then offered her suggestion but she didn't, she fekd veing rude was tge best solution.
