After our new puppy had multiple accidents on our carpets, I had decided the spots could never be cleaned. After Merrill’s competent employee Julio worked on the carpet, the evidence of our puppy’s spots were completely gone! This company is the best by far that I have ever used! On time and efficient too.
For over a decade I’ve turned to Merrill’s Carpet Cleaning for their consistently excellent service. Most recently, the carpet in my new home was cleaned by Julio, and what a positive experience that was from beginning to end! When he came out to provide an estimate, Julio clearly and thoroughly walked through the process, and kindly answered my questions. When he returned to do the cleaning, Julio took great care, both with respect to furnishings as well as the carpet. The result was amazing: gone were the stains!
