Recently needed my carpets clean due to a guest's dog made a mess on my carpet. The technician, Jose, called me 30 minutes before my appointment and offered to arrive earlier than expected because he had completed his previous job early. 5 minutes later, he showed up and got to work setting up his machine and even had another technician show up and help. Both of these twp gentlemen are true professionals! Thorough but quick, they hadmy carpet cleaner than when I moved into my apartment!!! I cant thank these guys enough for the service the provided and look forward to booking with them again.

I was a newbie at closing my lease and moving out and while I had many questions about it they were all answered. The owner is reliable, he always answered the phone calls I had. The service was done on a day that I had to work, but the owner asked the technician to lock the door behind him. They even went the extra mile to send the receipt to my property manager! I would recommend them. I don't know the cost of the other places, but I thought $200 without tax was reasonable for a 600 sq foot place.

Called and scheduled carpet cleaning after a recommendation from our son. I'm ALWAYS hesitant about how good a job will be done, plus, of course, the cost. Merrill's came out, moved the furniture around to do a total carpet cleaning and the carpet came out looking great and with a VERY reasonable charge. Need to call and reschedule again
