The girl who helped me made sure I felt comfortable with the length of my haircut, she constantly asked me if it was the length I wanted and that made me feel super comfortable.
They were super patient, tolerant and understanding of my way of communicating, since English is my second language.
The establishment is clean and welcoming.
They offer you a drink while you wait your turn.

He actually listened to me and then gave me what I wanted. Additionally, being able to book online was very convenient. “I moved to Kirkland about 5 years ago and immediately missed my barber. I tried to commute an hour to my old barber but driving in this area is torturous. I wanted a competent local barber who communicated well. A comfortable environment would be icing for me. I went to a few different shops around the area and could not find a good match. Eventually, I came across TOC via Google Maps and scheduled the "first available" barber at my convenience. I got to the shop and Jeff was my barber. It's been about 4 years since then and I could not be happier. Jeff is an excellent barber, reliable, reasonable, and is easy to communicate with. If I don't like any part of a cut, I say something and it gets fixed. No sweat from Jeff and no sweat from me. It is our responsibility as the customer to get the product we want. TOC is a great barbershop and an important part of our marina community. Do yourself a favor and schedule a cut at TOC. You won't regret it. P.S. Ignore the hateful people who give 1 star reviews because they are petty individuals. Anytime you see a 1 star review longer than a few sentences, check that person's review history. I bet they constantly complain. I would even say it is more likely that they are unsatisfied in life and it has nothing to do with the business. Hateful people that only give 1 star reviews are not helping customers make better choices - they are just filling their own narcissism.“
