She safely addressed stubborn sections that didn’t lift evenly the first time, and carefully wove out previously over-processed highlights to prevent breakage.. something that could have easily gone wrong in less experienced hands.

Eventually, I came across TOC via Google Maps and scheduled the "first available" barber at my convenience. I got to the shop and Jeff was my barber. It's been about 4 years since then and I could not be happier. Jeff is an excellent barber, reliable, reasonable, and is easy to communicate with. If I don't like any part of a cut, I say something and it gets fixed. No sweat from Jeff and no sweat from me. It is our responsibility as the customer to get the product we want. TOC is a great barbershop and an important part of our marina community. Do yourself a favor and schedule a cut at TOC. You won't regret it. P.S.
