She is a rare find, both in character and in skill.<br><br>Kylie is a true blonding and color correction expert. She was able to get my thick, belly-button length hair to a gorgeous, healthy, perfectly toned bright blonde that no one else I’ve been to could achieve.. including high-end salons in both Los Angeles and Seattle!<br><br>To put this into context, my hair had previously been damaged, colored, and over-processed by “experts” who promised results they couldn’t deliver. Kylie approached my hair with precision, patience, and an extraordinary level of technical knowledge. She lightened in controlled sections rather than bleaching my entire scalp at once, rinsing strategically to avoid over-processing. She safely addressed stubborn sections that didn’t lift evenly the first time, and carefully wove out previously over-processed highlights to prevent breakage.. something that could have easily gone wrong in less experienced hands.<br><br>I genuinely don’t have words for the level of respect I have for her expertise. “6/5 stars. I've been coming to Weldon Redmond for years and have gotten cuts from many of the people working there(mainly Katherine/britney). I always somewhat felt it was expensive but every single time I've tried to get a haircut somewhere else in Redmond I end up having my hair butchered and am forced to return to Weldon Redmond and get it fixed. Weldon at this point is underpriced because I save money by not having to use more product to cover up a botched haircut or get a haircut even sooner after a botched haircut.<br><br>I will never get another haircut anywhere else as long as I am living in the eastside. Katherine and Britney at masterclass but I'd bet everyone working there is held to the same standard.”

Hes been almost exclusively cutting my hair for about two years, I went somewhere else for a few haircuts recently and had to come back this weekend to someone i trust.<br>Victor is so good I followed him from the store next to my house to the store in Kirkland when he transferred! (an hour round trip)<br>I don't have to tell him what to do or how long to leave it.
