As for the actual cutting, my barber was thorough and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted done before touching a single hair on my head. Once we established the 'look' they got straight to work, and I was in and out of there inside of 20 mins. I didn't even get those needle like hairs in my collar, because they have a neat vacuum set up for making sure every last hair is GONE.

This may be a bit subjective, but considering the cost, location, and overall quality of living, we truly believe this is one of the best apartments in downtown Bellevue.“
