She is a true artist and expert in her profession. I really appreciated how she listened to me. I found Taya and her salon after hours researching hair dressers throughout the entire Seattle region. Since I've been to salons in Seattle and Portland which have excellent reputations, were very expensive and left disappointed, I was willing to make a trip to her because my gut said she would be worth it! I am so glad I did. Another reviewer said she travels from California to the Taya Salon for her hair and I totally understand why! Taya is super fun to talk with, too! Her salon is situated in charming Mulkiteo. There was plenty of parking out front and really great coffee nearby at the Red Cup Cafe. (I'm going to write a review of them next!) I can't recommend Taya highly enough! I'll be back...thinking of adding a coloring service to my next haircut appointment. I trust Taya implicitly-I haven't needed to color my hair in years but I'm ready to take the plunge into color again because that additional oomph that I know Taya will provide! Her talent, training, experience and expertise makes her worth every penny and the driving time (1.5 hours from North Tacoma.) This sleepy little village is charming as well. Give yourself time to explore the area while in town for your cut, color, and/or extensions plus more with Taya!“
