She listened to every detail I shared with her about what works well for him, let me move a chair to sit close to him, communicated with him clearly at all times, and was able to give him space to breathe and relax when needed. He also came home with the best haircut he's had in over a year thanks to her patience and skill. The best news is that after we got home our kiddo said he ONLY wants to see Nina next time he needs a haircut. Thank you, Nina!“
