“My haircut from Taya is so great! I love it and get so many compliments! People have come up to me to ask where I got it cut and I'm pleased to share Taya! She is a true artist and expert in her profession. I really appreciated how she listened to me. I gave her some ideas of how short I wanted to go and how much maintenance I was willing to do and she then got to work. She gave me a high fashion haircut that I can style so many ways and showed me what to do because I wanted a variety of looks with the same cut. It will grow out beautifully. (I worked in very high end salons many years ago and can recognize a good haircut that will grow out well in a split second.) I found Taya and her salon after hours researching hair dressers throughout the entire Seattle region. Since I've been to salons in Seattle and Portland which have excellent reputations, were very expensive and left disappointed, I was willing to make a trip to her because my gut said she would be worth it! I am so glad I did. Another reviewer said she travels from California to the Taya Salon for her hair and I totally understand why! Taya is super fun to talk with, too! Her salon is situated in charming Mulkiteo. There was plenty of parking out front and really great coffee nearby at the Red Cup Cafe. (I'm going to write a review of them next!) I can't recommend Taya highly enough! I'll be back...thinking of adding a coloring service to my next haircut appointment. I trust Taya implicitly-I haven't needed to color my hair in years but I'm ready to take the plunge into color again because that additional oomph that I know Taya will provide! Her talent, training, experience and expertise makes her worth every penny and the driving time (1.5 hours from North Tacoma.) This sleepy little village is charming as well. Give yourself time to explore the area while in town for your cut, color, and/or extensions plus more with Taya!“

“Our storage door all at once stopped working late one night. The subsequent morning, at 7am sharp, we contacted Rissland. They had been at our house inside four hours and fixed our storage door in forty five min. I would surprisingly recommend this company! “I have been seeing Saori for a texture perm and cut for well over 5 years now, first at Ten Pachi and now at her own salon. She has done my texture perm from medium short to very long hair and everything in-between. Saori is a wonderful artist. She listens carefully and tracks how my hair grows and changes over time to adapt her styling. I love the classic, pretty curls and cut that I can always rely on from her. It's always worth the drive to ensure that I'm happy with the results and have an easy-to-manage style day in and day out.“

“I gotta say as a gentleman... Facials are extremely underrated. Got one today by Mackenzie and god.. my face has never felt better. Very kind lady who really takes her time to fully treat your face,while caring about RESULTS over it just feeling nice. Don't get me wrong it feels freaking fantastic. All while Informing me about the different treatments she uses to turn over your cells to lift up all the caked up gunk that's been hiding under your skin. Didn't realize there was such complexity to the skin... Regardless, would highly recommend getting one, especially since the prices are quite reasonable for all the things she does in a session. “Helen is great and will definitely be returning! Last year the place that I've gotten haircuts from for more than a decade closed. I tried a couple other places since and wasn't really happy with any of them. I looked online for someplace close with plenty of reviews that had at least 4.5 or more stars. Helen's Hair Salon came up with awesome reviews, so thought I'd try them out. My friend came with me. She was prompt, very friendly, made sure we were getting what we wanted, and did a great job!
