I've employed several cleaners over the years, and she is one of the best. I absolutely trust her in my house when we aren't home. She is extremely reliable, careful, and my house is beautiful and clean after every visit. I am sensitive to toxic cleaners and scents and she only uses non toxic and unscented products in my home. My cats are my babies and she has always been extra diligent about not letting them escape outside.“

They pay their employees a livable wage and every cleaner who’s worked on our house is lovely and very respectful and seem to enjoy what they do. They thoroughly clean all the nooks and crannies and it’s most times, very quick for a large cleaning job. Excellent, 5 star service.“

“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

“Rain City Maids did a great job. This was a regular cleaning for a house under 1,000 sq ft focused on bathrooms and the kitchen, two hours for $224. They joked that my house was the perfect level of dirty, which was oddly a compliment and very accurate. They spent about an hour on each bathroom and it was absolutely worth it. The bathrooms clearly needed the extra attention and they looked fantastic when he was done. They also called to ask if we wanted to extend the time so they could get to the kitchen, which I really appreciated but instead we just asked them to come back again in two weeks and maybe they can get bathrooms and kitchen done then lol. We were very pleased with the work and with the cleaner!“
