About Providence-WSU Internal Medicine Residency Center
The Providence-WSU Internal Medicine Residency Center is a collaborative clinic that offers patient-centered care through a partnership between Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, and Washington State University. Patients express gratitude for the compassionate and knowledgeable doctors, including Dr. Patterson, Dr. Tran, Dr. Dang, Dr. Ko, and Dr. Hassman, who provide outstanding medical care. Many reviews highlight the professionalism, respect, and heartfelt compassion shown by the staff, making patients feel at ease during their visits. The clinic is praised for its caring environment, where doctors and nurses truly listen to their patients' needs. Some patients wish that the interns had more time during appointments, but overall, the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. The center's commitment to high-quality care, based on the latest medical teachings, supports its mission to serve rural and underserved populations in Washington state.
I had a good initial visit the internal medicine WSU depart. The front desk staff were welcoming. The back office staff were through and pleasant. The doctors were very good. The only 2 items that detracted from the visit, the parking validation. I did not understand it. QR codes are not my forte'. Also we talked about drawing labs but I was not given directions where find the labs. So, I forgot and came home. I called the office and I will go to Monroe to get my labs in the morning.
It will go smoother next time. π€π
