10/2024 The best Cleaners around. They're almost always done early, and offer fixes for your worn out clothes, and I love the text message communication. I've never had to wait in a line for more than 30 seconds, because the 2 counter/register set up they got goin on is absolutely speedy and awesome. The entire staff is wonderful and efficient with your time. Ella and Doug are always fun to chat with too. You guys are the best, and truly one of a kind in the Renton Highlands.“

“I’ve been with Bakkers for years across two cities on the Eastside. I was generally happy with the service and quality at the stores, but the text-based home pickup/dropoff was a game changer. I’ve used their services every week or two for all garment types, from suits and tuxes to silk dresses to sweaters, leveraged their repair options (faster than expected), and they even kept the store open for a late pickup emergency. They take care of all the buttons, collar stays, cuff links etc, and just deal with stains without being asked. Great service!“

They do require an appointment for alterations now, so make sure to call ahead of time; that said, they are very accommodating for last minute appointments.
