All I can say is, "WOW!" I don't normally write reviews for medical offices but I must to tell others of our great services last night. Our first point of contact was the kind and welcoming Cassie at the front desk! She had a big smile and was knowledgeable and sweet. Next, we met the fabulous Maddie MA. She was patient, kind and overall just plain awesome. Lastly, we met Audra Burdulis- PA. she instantly connected with my teenager and made her feel comfortable and kept her laughing. Audra was so cool that the friend that tagged along to my teen's appointment wanted to hang out with her! All three of these wonderful people made our experience at UW VMC Urgent Care memorable....read full review

I’m 44 years old and I’ve visited several offices and seen several doctors. Even though I don’t have the best insurance, I’ve been able to have Dr Rodney Riedel at UW medicine, Maple Valley as my primary care doc for several years now. Dr. Riedel is THE BEST doctor I have ever had. The other doctors there are more than amazing as well. The staff up front and in back go out of their way to reciprocate and help at every turn. They also help keep you honest, which I appreciate to no end. Given the type of insurance I have I would expect less.. this is never the case. URGENT CARE PHONE NUMBER: (425) 690-3465 The number on Yelp sends you to primary care. There was a 2-hour urgent care wait time on 5/25. Nice people on the phone, but we had to go somewhere that would see us sooner.
