I was given X-rays first and didn’t have any wait time. I had just a short time before I saw Dr VanDyke. He had seen him before for my shoulder surgery on my left arm. He could tell from the X-rays that I needed surgery again and to do pt first and prescribed a cream that will help with the pain. Everyone was friendly and very professional.
I have been to a lot of different Orthos but Mylti Care has been the best. I was always treated very well except the front desk. I know they have a busy job and dealing with each and every person that walks in the clinic. Dr Van Dyke and his staff walked through each part of my recovery from the Rotator Cuff surgery he performed on me. A detached rotator cuff with a tear in my muscle. He was very proactive with my care. The nursing staff and all the people that made sure I was cared for. Dr Lawson is a down to earth Dr who takes time to listen but also tells you how it is, that aspect I really appreciate because people need to hear the reality of what’s going on and not what “you” want to hear. Hopefully this will continue with him, and once I lose the weight, look forward to getting my hip replacement done by him.
