Front staff in the optometrist's clinic was friendly and helpful, and huge kudos to Kevin Trang, O.D. for his expert, comprehensive eye exam and attentive, patient help, especially as I have a chronic eye condition.
Finally, Chip at the optical dept was super helpful, genial and efficient, and he finished everything up in very good time!
Very patient and kind staff. Negative reviews are referring to the optical sales area, not the independent optometrist in the store. The doctor gave my wife a very positive experience, enough to say that she’ll be coming back here. Very considerate as well, the first optometrist to ask my wife if “we can dilate your eyes” instead of doing it anyway without caring if she had to drive or if she came here alone. Overall a great experience and very solid. The girls in the eye exam office were great.
Optometrist was great and very thorough with my child's exam. Finally had an optometrist listen and able to answer issues I had seen with my child's eyesight vs previous optometrists other places that continued to write off the issue or ignored me when I had questions.
Front desk folks were friendly and kind.
Staff helping with frames were helpful in picking out well fitting frames and answered questions kindly. Glasses came quickly with no adjustments needed. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
