I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and they got me into a chair right away. A basic pedicure with regular polish was $40 which seemed reasonable. I felt rushed to choose a color and they did push for me to get gel. I went with regular, but had gel on my toes that needed to be removed, and that was $5. They use an efile for removal rather than soaking. I was nicked a couple times and they left the surface of my nails bumpy/uneven. Aside from that, I was happy with the service overall. The massage chairs are nice, polish was applied well, and the soak, foot file, scrub, hot towels, etc. were all great.

I came in for a fill after being treated poorly at another salon. Ann was very sweet and did my nails perfectly. She paid close attention to detail. I will be booking with her again.

Since moving to Spokane Valley in December 2017, this has been my go-to nail salon for Manis and Pedis. I adore Ivy, the manager! All of the nail techs who have taken care of me have been wonderful, helpful, and skilled. All of the women speak at least enough English to artfully complete any service. Occasionally, the person may ask another nail tech to help translate. And the massage chairs are the best!!
