Kim was absolutely wonderful! She took her time and made some very intricate little flowers for me. 🥰 I laugh at some of these reviews. They’re complaining that the staff are speaking in their language. (Duh?) they’re complaining that they were charged to change a design when they came back at a later time. (Duh?! Service isn’t free. If you didn’t like it before you left, that’s you’re problem for not speaking up) they’re don’t “reuse equipment”, that’s just angry customers making up more bs to support their terrible reviews. It's the only place I'll go. Their work lasts for months on my toes. Incredible multi step process. I've been coming here for years. Carol and her crew are kind, personable, accommodating, and quick!
I have been going to Nail Palace for probably about a year and a half to two years. Moon is my manicurist. She is sweet as can be and is a perfectionist when it comes to getting my nails just the way I like them. The salon is nice and clean. Every employee that I have interacted with has always been very pleasant. I highly recommend trying Nail Palace.
