“Before & After! Our ADU flooded last year and had incredibly old, shoddy electrical and plumbing. The layout of the space was also completely inefficient. Tyson and his team did an amazing job at bringing everything up to code, making the most of the space, and just generally turning it into something beautiful and livable.

Tyson was incredibly communicative and transparent throughout the whole process, including the ever-long and arduous city permitting process. He was also very fair and transparent with pricing and worked well within our budget. This was my husband and I’s first major renovation since becoming homeowners and Tyson and his team taught us a TON along the way. They were also just generally kind and patient with helping us figure out what kind of layout/materials/amenities will work best with our lifestyle and long-term plans.
