Love these guys and their integrity! Had an issue with our AC and was quoted $6500 by another company to replace the compressor. Called these guys at Good Neighbor for a second opinion. Suyong came out and identified that a capacitor was in a bad position, touching another wire causing a short. He fixed it with a zip tie and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. No new compressor needed. Oh and if the compressor replacement had been needed, Good Neighbors quote was 30% cheaper than the competitor. This is the company we will be coming back to for any future needs. 🙌

My old 30-year-old heat started making some noises. I emailed Suyong @ Good Neighbor Heating. He called me with in ten minutes and came to the house within a half hour. Took a look at the gas furnace told me he could clean it for me. I asked him how much for a new furnace it been 30 plus years old. He gave me a price which I thought was more than fair. I had a new furnace installed in a couple of days. Suyong and his partner were very professional and clean. Taking a look at the job once it was completed it was very nice to see that some people still have pride in their work. What a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else.
