The absolute best service!!! The Thurston County Fairgrounds had a backflow preventer backed over the day before Fair - they dispatched a plumber within 40 minutes and had us up and running in an hour.

I had a leaking, aged water heater that barely allowed for a single warm shower. I had scheduled with another company (frogger), who did not show to install a new water heater. I called around and Yelm plumbing and pumps llc said they could install one, even one I had bought myself. I locally purchased a new water heater and two days later Brian from Yelm plumbing arrived on time with a huge smile and installed the water heater. Brian was very professional and had done a very neat and quick install of the water heater, he was also great to talk to when there was time, he seems a great person in general.
