Will was a great & knowledgeable technician. He was realistic and explained everything, without trying to up-sell services. There was no charge for this well checking. West Coast was much better and more professional than the last well check we had from American pump & drilling down the road. Amerocan pump charged us $300+ for a check and tried to charge us another $300+ for mobilization (1 mile away and a van- in addition their trainee dropped a cresent wrench down our well head with the pump). I highly recommend West Coast pump and will be using them in the future.

Alex installed a water softener for us as well as fixing a small leak that ended up being a bigger job than I think was anticipated. At the end of the day, I fully expected some type of up charge due to additional labor, but that was not the case. Job was extremely well done and not a penny more than I was quoted. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. A week in and we have already noticed a huge improvement in the feel and taste of our water. I will be recommending West Coast Plumbing to anyone I know in need of water filtration solutions. Thanks Alex!
