We called a number of plumbing companies for a quote on repairing our main water line. Laura from West Coast was the only one who called us back, and Bill gave us a quick and competitive quote. They were in constant contact as the appointed day approached. Bill and Alex showed up on time, got right to work, finished the job quickly, and spent time with us explaining all the details so we understood the installation and warranty.
