Although the stains we had were not completely removed Chavez did a good job reducing them a lot. The technician Javier explained in advance that given the type of stain that it was he might not be able to get it all out. “We have 2 matching 8x10 Persian styled rugs by Thomasville. After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. And both rugs look equally great. The living room rug perfectly matches the dining room rug again. We will definitely use Fuzzy Wizzy Rugs again and I highly recommend them if you have an area rug that needs cleaning. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.“
