“The work done was very good and I'm satisfied with how the project turned out. A few things were disappointing:
1) Communication was less than optimal. I had to ask a second time for answers to questions re: issues such as start date, gutter and gutter guard issues and carelessness shown to my property twice.
2) Carelessness shown to my property- a transformer that controls yard lights got knocked off the wall of my house, likely by a ladder, and was left on the ground for me to find.
The crew buried two of my yard lights under debris and building materials. When I complained about it to Matt, an apology was given but the debris and materials weren't subsequently removed.
3) I communicated this from the beginning and it was written in my contract that the existing gutter guards were be re-installed. I found them in a pile on the ground bent and damaged as if they were removed with intent to be disposed of.“
