Worked with Trung and his team for a home warranty replacement on my furnace. He was the second technician Liberty Home Guard sent to my home as the other one from South Sound Ductless stopped communication with me and my home warranty company entirely out of the blue. JN Heating and Air wasted no time communicating with us and my home warranty company constantly to get what my family needed as safely and efficiently as possible. Very knowledgeable technicians that have showed us that they will address any possible concerns we have head on and make it right without question. Thanks for all your hard work.
Overall really good experience with our heater. Once it was looked at the next day the parts were in and repaired. 4stars due to communication with the office. At times writhin the week as I tried to contact the office I would have to try calling numerous of times before I was able to reach someone. But overall was done right and at a fair price.
Two young men arrived early very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They found the problem and fixed it quickly and gave us some advice about some concerns. Our home is warm again. Cannot be happier
