The technician for this HVAC service was honest and very helpful in finding a problem with the duct heater and was able to arrange a new heater and installation the next day. This is highly recommended.

When my furnace stopped working, I called Heating And Cooling company and asked for a professional to come out and diagnose the problem. the technician deployed to our house, and he called to let me know he was on his way, and he was very professional. He arrived on time and completed his work thoroughly. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Will use again

I wish I could give 6 or more stars. A few months ago I was desperate to find someone who can help with my workplace ac system, as a few units weren’t working, so I looked on Facebook and found Crystal Heating & Cooling, I called them right away and asked them if they can check one of the units, and they did, they fixed one unit at one location, then we moved to another location for a second unit and again they fixed it, the same day they fixed two, they’re very fair in price, very responsive, and always willing to help you as soon as possible, Since then I’ve been using their services and will continue.
