This was the first time my father and I had to make arrangements for anyone. It was slightly challenging being that we are in a different state. From the very beginning, Aela was the most patient, understanding, kind, friendly, helpful, trusting, and compassionate. She explained everything to us from beginning to end and answered all of our questions. She assured us that they would take very good care of him and her word was upheld. From the time my sister and I got there, we were treated with so much respect. Our brother was prepared and presented beautifully. We are truly grateful for everything that was done for us. We had to set up an area for live viewing for family back at home and in other states, and Aela provided the stand that we needed. She made sure I had everything that was required to travel back home with my brother's cremains. Hopefully we'll never have to travel to WA again for a funeral, but if we did, Cady would be the FH we choose. Thank you again, Aela and the entire Cady staff.

Scott and his staff understood exactly what I wanted done for my late brother. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. He worked with the limited budget that I had and still provided me with professional quality service. He treated me with respect and didnot make me feel guilty for what I couldn't afford to do. Scott was easy to get along with and very personable. Scott made me feel relaxed and like I was talking with a friend, not a funeral director.
