The webinar was very unfit stove and took you through step by step. This even included computer instructions/screenshots of how to sign up yet no pressure was applied. Follow up and follow through was excellent. We did an inperson tour as my husband did not attend the webinar . The only issue I had is misunderstanding the travel insurance
