I usually have no problem shopping at this location and it is the one I go to often. But yesterday I went to browse around with my friend. I got asked if I needed help and I didn’t need any (very nicely), so the worker then left me alone. Another lady, I didn’t get her name but she was much older, (who I’m sure heard me decline the help) asked me the same question. I declined again and began to search some blushes on my wrist. Cortney, is the best! I went in to get a new foundation shade, she not only tested the shade for me, but went out of her way to call Richland Ulta to make sure they held it for me since they were out here. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her.
