I received care from Kelsey my aesthetician. She was absolutely wonderful in every way. She took time to explain my procedure, she checked on me often to make sure I was doing well and offered me water and snacks during my 3 hour treatment. She not only genuinely cared about how the procedure was going but also cared about me personally. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during my procedure, I didn’t want to leave. Kelsey even called to check I was doing well 2 months later! I 100% recommend Kelsey and the entire staff at Synergy!!! From the beginning of my care to my follow up! Simply perfect! I went in for a consultation. I feel very confident that I will receive very good treatment here. I felt comfortable. I've been to a couple places in the Tri Cities I won't mention them but I wasn't impressed.
