I had zero results from this clinic, I had complained to them about how I felt and they gave me some complimentary cool sculpting service which also did absolutely nothing. If you want great results I recommend going to Wright surgical. The staff and doctor at shape were nice and professional, but i literally felt like I flushed thousands of dollars down the toilet. I had Dr. Wright from wright surgical completely do everything I had asked for. I honestly feel like I was a bit robbed. I had emailed them recently about looking into further work to satisfy me, but I’m glad I just went to Dr. wright instead.
Dr. Lundeby changed my life!!!! My oldest son is turning 8 this year, I had a c-section with him, and ever since I have hated my stomach. I had a chunk of primarily skin but also fat that just hung. You could see it in almost every outfit I wore. I tried shapewear, but that didn't even hide it. I was so self conscious for so long. After I met Dr. Lundeby the decision to proceed was easy. He is very attentive, explains everything in detail, and even cracks a few jokes to ease any nervousness. My husband and I drove to Spokane for the procedure, by the time they took me back it was almost an hour past my check in time. I was a little frustrated about it, but they had a medical emergency so I understood. I wish my husband could have come to pre-op with me, as I have pretty bad anxiety, but I managed to get through. The day after surgery I removed my bandages and cried. Although there is still bruising and swelling, my stomach looks AMAZING. It is finally flat!!!! I couldn't be more happy with the results so far. I also had a few recovery concerns and Dr. Lundeby followed up quickly. I would recommend Shape Cosmetics. Thank you Dr. Lundeby!!!!
Very challenging to work with. Don't answer phone calls or return them, when leaving voicemail. Seems like the office staff is woefully inept or understaffed. Stopped by today to talk in person with the staff, noted open Monday thru Friday. Closed Monday 10/10.
