John was very responsive, replied to my quote request within one day he was at our house looking at the damage. Gave us a quote to send to our insurance within a few days. Immediately ordered all supples. When there was a break in the weather, they removed our old roof and replaced with new one, including new skylights. They came out promptly considering it was just after Thanksgiving Great estimate very quickly. It was a very busy time with the recent windstorm damage but they showed up to repair before the estimated date. Both Denny and Tim(?) Were very personable.
