Her pressure was spot on and I loved how she changed up the typical massage by utilizing several massage techniques in addition to the amazing massage (hot towels, cupping, essential oils and the hot/cold, tingling lotion was a surprise bonus). “I've used Pacific Clinic as a non-member for almost a year before finally joining several months ago. I was looking for reformer Pilates in the Tri-Cities and this was one of the only options. My instructors, Jolene and Liz are top notch. They each have their own styles and are focused on students learning and development. As a mom of two small kids, this self care is important. I added a small group weight training class with Ruby and can't say enough positive things. It's challenging in the best way, once a week, I push myself for 1 hour and have fun. The sessions are diverse and interesting. I've seen improvement in my strength. Childcare is a great option to have, thought it can get crowded. My husband and I are satisfied with the pool area and our son has enjoyed a few days of the spring break and summer camps. The front desk staff are cheerful, helpful and make great protein smoothies. Before moving to the Tri-Cities, I belonged to gyms, pilates and yoga studios in CA and NY. Pacific Clinic pricing is fair and the place is clean and I like they are renovating to make things nicer for members. This is a great find.“
