I came to Peak Physical Therapy thinking that I was destined to have to tolerate the back and hip pain that I was experiencing, until surgery may be my be the only solution to my issues. However, the professionals at there are very knowledgeable, and were so laser focused on my care during every visit, that I am now back to gardening and having fun with my grandkids, without the distraction of pain! Plus, I am now armed with an arsenal of easy-to-do-at-home exercises that help me maintain the fitness level that I obtained through the excellent therapy that I received. The physical therapists at this location were great! I worked with each of them, and they were kind, encouraging, and got to the heart of the problems I was having with my ankle.
