Excellent service as always, friendly, professional, with expertise we can rely on. Once Jarod examined the furnace and confirmed my suspicions about a faulty HSI I was able to get the part and replace myself. I will get this double checked when you come for our semi annual check this month. Attached is a pic of the old HSI.

I appreciated the quick response to my call. Initial contact was pleasant and professional. Communication up to, during, and after the service was perfect for my peace of mind. Kevin was very thorough and knowledgeable about every aspect of the jobs he was doing for me. I was very impressed with how he took his time and did a superb job of cleaning and fixing my gas fireplace. It had not been cleaned since I moved into this house. He also alerted me to a problem I was not aware of regarding my water heater! And he changed my furnace air filter for me! He did an excellent job!!
