Since gramps moved in, every morning I'd wake up my house would smell like road kill. The rancid smell from the kitchen was diving me nuts. I was on the verge of putting him in a nursing home. That's where Cass and her team stepped in to install a much needed ventilation hood in my kitchen. On top of that, they set me up with a brand new heating and cooling unit to tame the elements. Not only did they save my sanity, they saved my family. Gramps is now enjoying his new place at the old folks home and I'm kicking back in my nice ac! Thanks Bob Rhodes!

I called because our thermostat quit working. They sent a technician to my house within two hours. He was able to get it working after about an hour and twenty minutes. That night it quit working again. The next morning our house was 55 degrees. I called and they sent a technician within an hour of when I called!! Then two technicians worked for 2 1/2 hrs to replace some wiring that had degraded over the years. They were very efficient, courteous, respectful and friendly!! I wasn't charged for the second day because it was a callback!!!! I was amazed!! Also, the charges for the first day were very reasonable. I will definitely call them if I ever need HVAC help again!!!!...read full review
