I especially appreciate their focus on behavior and social-emotional development. I feel like my boys have become more responsible and cooperative since joining the program.

I also like the relatively rapid pace of advancement. I initially felt judgey about the kids earning stripes and belts so quickly, but that pace of reward has actually kept them highly motivated. And, now with the advantage of hindsight, I think the belt changes have reflected their advancements in skill and technique.

“I've been to numerous martial arts spots and compared. I speak from the most genuine place when I say that the instructor truly matters. Levi is that instructor. You can tell it is a true passion for him and that every single student matters when he is teaching. It's not just instruction for the class as a whole but he really takes his time to go around with each student to ensure that their form is proper as well as making sure they are involved individually. The best part of the class is when Levi takes the time to sit the students down and shares relatable stories which contributes to topics such as self confidence, bullying and overall how to be a good human in today's society. David started classes 2 weeks ago and is very happy with everything he has learned. “An incredible dojang with decades of experience, wisdom and practical knowledge to offer.
After a 5-year break from martial arts, I signed up for Conqueror Hapkido's adult classes to see if I could get back into the rhythm of training again; I entered motivated but very nervous about whether I would be able to keep up. Luckily, this tight-knit group of masters and instructors accommodated for me without batting an eye, and I've felt very welcomed since, even with my slower learning pace compared to the other students.

This school has a very strong focus on practical/effective self-defense and (at least compared to schools I've attended in the past) a VERY affordable tuition-- making it a unique gem amongst the other schools in the area.
