Training at academy of kempo martial arts is one of the best choices I have made. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. As a child I struggled with low self esteem that effected my confidence into adulthood, since I've started training here a few months ago I can not only feel proud of how far I've come but I'm confident in my still growing ability to protect myself. If you're thinking about training here or having your child train here I 10/10 would highly recommend!
