I was already familiar with taekwondo, after taking classes in college. Over 3 years ago I decided to sign up my then 5 year old son at Virtue with hopes that it would allow him to learn skills that would transfer over to helping his behavior concerns at school and also be a healthy outlet for his endless energy. He accomplished these and earned a black belt in December. I’m not going to say the journey was easy, there were months where he got frustrated with what he perceived as a lack of progress compared to his peers. This family owned business is a blessing to our children and to our community. The Virtue family treats everyone as family. There is no other place I would take my children!
Our kiddos just started in February and so far we’ve been sooo impressed with how kind and patient all the instructors are. They are especially patient with our daughter who wanted to start but was not quite 4 yrs old. They let her join and our kids love going !
