“My lab mix has been a neurology patient for years here with her epilepsy. The neurology team is amazing and has worked so hard to take care of my girl. Sunday she had a severe cluster episode so we had to bring her into the ER, which turned into an overnight stay. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful the ER staff was. We were terrified and overwhelmed and emotional, and they did everything they could to support us. The veterinarian took time to sit down with us multiple times and address all of our concerns and questions. The nurses handled our girl with such gentle care and compassion. The front desk staff kept us updated and informed and everyone did their best to make us comfortable and calm. I can’t thank this staff enough for how much they have done for our family and my lab.
