We have been coming here for years. Everyone is kind and gentle with our cats, and they know they can trust the staff. They have the pets, as well as the owners best interest in mind and it shows. Even when our 18 year old cat gets spicy.

I was very impressed with the vets and assistants on our first visit to Brookside yesterday with a very upset kitty. My cat was very agitated because he was hurt and they handled him very well and were very good at communicating what had happened to him and what needed to be done. They did this quickly and with care. I also really appreciated that they could squeeze him into their urgent care schedule. The only thing I disliked is you have to wait in your car, I would have liked to have been with him for as much of the visit as I could as we are very bonded.

This is a great vet for our litte Chi. They have been her veg since we came the Puget sound about four years ago. Our dog had to have surgery on her knee and they referred us to a wonderful surgeon in Tacoma who fixed her leg. She now walks much better! The staff is kind and friendly and the place is clean. Glad we found them.
