Dr. Timpe is the best and our kitty definitely loves her! She always takes time to listen to our concerns, answers any questions we have, and makes sure we fully understand everything. You guys are all so great with my dog. She hates going to the vet, but you make sure to give her cookies, treat her with love, and get things done as quickly as possible. Plus you have great policies for working with anxious and reactive dogs, like making sure the lobby and hallways are clear of other dogs before we bring her in and giving her anxiety meds before coming. She’s been kicked out of other vet offices and every single groomer we’ve tried, you’re the only place that’s ever been able to trim her nails successfully.
